If you are here, you have already identified that there is something you would like to change or something you would like to do better. Think about yourself in a year's time: where do you want to be, and what do you want to be doing? How do you intend to achieve this? You could be the same - or you could invest in yourself and partner with me, where together we will identify and work through the process below.
Your beliefs. We will begin the coaching journey by digging into your belief's, as what you believe directly affects what you do, and how you do it.
Your passion. Once we have identified your beliefs, we will look at what you are passionate about. This will identify what you want, how you plan to get it and how important it is.
Your community. Now we have an idea of your beliefs and passions, we will then look at your community - those you have around you for support and those who will celebrate your successes.
Your new beginning. This is where you try something new, based on what you now know about your beliefs and how they impact your decisions, your passion and who will support and celebrate you.

How many sessions will depend on your goal and need. We may find we agree to a number (4 as a minimum) then add another one or two.
5% discount offered when booking session six or more.
Last session is free of charge when all agreed sessions are paid up front of coaching commencing.

Service Description
Once we have completed a free 30-minute chemistry call: if you decide to proceed with coaching we will work through my four step process (where we will repeat each step as many times as necessary). At this point you are committing to 1-2-1 coaching where we will agree how many session at 1hr each you need.
This coaching program is designed to support new and established leaders to gain insight into themselves, support navigating organisational change and strategies to move forward based on your beliefs. My coaching is based on enabling leaders to lead authentically, I will guide you to really understand yourself, this will enable you to have a better understand of others and be a better leader.
Each coaching session is confidential and personalised to you, designed to guide and support your development as a leader.
Cancellation Policy
If an appointment has been booked and confirmed by both parties, any cancellation within 48hrs of the booking will be non-refundable.
Any cancellations with more than 48hrs notice will be at no change. However, two or more cancellations at anytime during the course of coaching will result in the cancellation of the whole program. Life happens and circumstances change and if we need to pause our coaching relationship it is important this is discussed. My coaching is about transformational change and takes full commitment, this means being fully present at each session. If this is no longer possible we must talk about it.
Coaching sessions are paid in advance when booking and are non-refundable. If you chose to pay for your whole coaching program in advanced to get the discount, this is subject to a 14 day cooling off period, after this period or after the first coaching session has taken place, whichever is sooner, any payments becomes non-refundable.
I endeavour to be flexible with my bookings, however, at this time I am only available evenings and weekends.
Successful coaching is based on both parties being fully committed to the process.

I consider myself a transformational coach, where coaching models alone are not enough to create lasting change. About me
Hi, I'm Leia, coach and owner of Lead with Leia.
I've spent my adult life working in large organisation's, watching leaders, senior leaders and executives making decisions that affect hundreds of people.
In 2022 when I became one of those leaders, I was expecting to draw back the curtain into leadership and see a master plan. But I was disappointed to see there wasn't one - just ordinary people doing their best and muddling through.
I learnt how to be leader the way most people do by experiencing the day to day battles, I was good at my job but being a 'doer' requires a different set of skills from being a 'leader'. This transition for me was rocky, I suffered massively with imposter syndrome and at the time I didn't even know what it was. However, with perseverance, peer support, coaching as well as applying myself to learn about leadership theories, I became a leader my junior self would have been drawn to. This is when I realised the importance of coaching as a leadership tool, as well as something that leaders at all levels need.
I was keen to learn more about it and in November 2025 I completed a higher national diploma (level 5) Coaching Practitioner apprenticeship and in time I am looking to apply for a membership with the Association of Coaching.
I have been coaching for five years and have 50+ coaching hours under my belt via coaching colleague's in my organisation (my day job is in social housing). I am now looking to expand my coaching practice to help others, and I believe I can support you.
